Our Delivery Policy
We offer free UK Delivery on all orders over £100.
Cubi stock levels prior to ordering are visible on our website, so if your favourite
product is out of stock, please use our notification service so that we can make another small batch and email you as soon as the product is available.
Cubi orders will be posted within the UK by a Royal Mail signed for delivery service. We will strive to post within 3 - 5 working days of your order, but as we are a very small company and our products are made by hand, we may sometimes need a little longer, but we will keep you informed if there is a slight delay.
Before posting, your product will be quality checked thoroughly to ensure that your purchase meets the highest Cubi Quality Assurance standards, represented by our Cubi logo engraved on our products.
Our Returns Policy
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if not Cubi products bought online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. Once we will have received and assessed your return we will issue you a refund within 14 days.
The following items cannot be returned:

Bespoke and personalised products
To be eligible for a return, your Cubi product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Before posting please inform us by email quoting your name, the reason for returning and your order number. Any faults must be also notified by email within 24 hours of receipt, describing the defect and attaching photographs.
Return Postage
You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs which are nonrefundable. When posting we strongly advise you to choose a tracked service and to keep your proof of postage until we have informed you that your product has been received, as Cubi cannot be responsible for any products lost in transit.
